the receptionist was very helpful. she was friendly and gave me options for getting to the airport. i would stay here again if i needed to. towels were some of the best i have had in a hotel, fluffy and absorbent.
there were no staff near the door to help with luggage when i arrived. i had to get a luggage rack and do it myself. there were no q-tips offered in the bathroom. i expected tea bags to be available in the room but they were not there.

The team greeted us kindly and gave us lots of information. The room was very clean and very tidy. An Uber to the airport was easy to get from here.
The front desk staff seemed unaccommodating. They were rude and did not help with directions. There were charges for breakfast and we were not informed of the times.

the gym had adequate equipment. i found several treadmills there. i also saw some stationary bikes. breakfast included a good range of options.
i found no lotion in the bathroom. there were also no q-tips. tea bags were not available in the room. the coffee was not satisfactory.
